Carpet Cleaning

Nobody Cleans Like Us!

How can we say this? We clean better than any other Carpet Cleaning Company in Orlando with either method. Steam Cleaning or Low Moisture Cleaning.

Can You Be An Expert In Both Hot Water Extraction (known as steam cleaning) & Very Low Moisture Cleaning?

Yes you can.

But you have to be a nerd. You Also have to have a passion for cleaning carpet. You got both in us. We are ridiculously smart cleaners who understands chemistry.

We Also Understand The Importance of Drying Your Carpet Before We Leave!

Not only do you want to feel safe in your home with a trained technician who loves what they do you also want your carpet dry. At Perfect Pear we strive to leave your carpet 90% dry before we leave!

We utilize the best equipment to ensure your carpet is dry before we leave. That is our goal. Nobody wants wet carpet. We get it. We use high velocity fans to circulate air in the rooms we clean to speed dry the carpet. Those fans take a lot of valuable real estate in our vans but we carry quite a few to ensure clean, dry and soft carpet.

90% dry before we leave – that is our goal!

Every Carpet Gets Vacuumed and Pre-Conditioned

Have you ever tried to remove sand from your bathing suit while it is wet? Kind of hard right? Well, the same experience happens when you try to clean carpet without Vacuuming first.

There are three main reasons why Vacuuming should be done before cleaning:

  1. Dry soil or sand, also known as silica (which is glass), under a microscope looks like a small little ball of sharp edges. These need to be vacuumed up every day to help avoid “micro scratches” in your carpet. That is one of the reasons you see where people have “only walked” on their carpet. There is more soil and “less carpet” in an isolated area. Dry soil extraction is best when done dry.
  2. When water gets introduced to sand what do you get? MUD. This dirt’s the carpet prematureley and gives an overall all darker look to the carpet.
  3. Carpet Pre-Conditioners work better when there isn’t dry soil present. We want the Pre-Conditioner to get rid of the sticky soil and not spend some of its “cleaning energy” in fighting dry soil

Hot Water Extraction

Here is our process for Hot Water Extraction:

  • Pre-Inspection
    • We will do a pre-inspection of the home with you, including locating any trouble spots or stains and a wall-to-wall measurement of areas to be cleaned. They will then calculate a to-the-penny estimate of our different levels of cleaning service, so you can choose exactly what best fits your needs and budget. We always honor the original price and can email you an invoice on the spot.

  • Dry Soil Removal
    • We will then thoroughly vacuum all the dirt from the carpet, including  soil and hair.

  • Pre Spot
    • After an initial vacuuming, we’ll go over the carpet and locate any noticeable stains or other potential trouble spots. We’ll treat this with appropriate solutions to make sure that the stains are lifted completely during the rest of the cleaning process.

  • Pre Spray
    • Pre-Conditioner is sprayed on the carpet to loosen and suspend Sticky soils.
  • Agitation
    • We scrub in the Pre-Spray to ensure it reaches the top and bottom of the fiber.
  • Soil Extraction & Rinse
    • You will then get a thorough rinse of the carpet to remove our cleaning product and the suspended soils.
  • Neutralizer
    • You get ph balanced carpet to ensure spots don’t come back and your carpet won’t get dirty quicker.
  • Post Spot
    • At this point, the technician revisits the stains and trouble spots that were specially treated earlier to make sure that all stains and odors have been removed. If not, they go over them again and remove any last traces.

  • Carpet Protector
    • You get Protector that is “Mill” quality re-applied back into your carpet.
  • Post Groom
    • This rubs in the protector and opens the pile to ensure a fast dry time.
  • Speed Dry
    • We use High Velocity fans to speed dry your carpet.
  • Post Inspection
    • After the cleaning is complete and the carpets are dry, our technician will go over all of the cleaned areas with you to ensure that your carpet looks and feels brand-new.

Low Moisture Cleaning

Here is our Low Moisture Cleaning Process

  • Pre-Inspection:

We will do a pre-inspection of the home with you, including locating any trouble spots or stains and a wall-to-wall measurement of areas to be cleaned. They will then calculate a to-the-penny estimate of our different levels of cleaning service, so you can choose exactly what best fits your needs and budget. We always honor the original price and can email you an invoice on the spot.

  • Pre-Vacuum:

We will then thoroughly vacuum all the dirt from the carpet, including  soil and hair.

  • Furniture Moving:

For customers who choose our platinum cleaning, our technicians will then move all loose furniture (excluding pianos, file cabinets, bookcases, entertainment centers, and the like).

  • Pre-Spot Cleaning:

After an initial vacuuming, we’ll go over the carpet and locate any noticeable stains or other potential trouble spots. We’ll treat this with appropriate solutions to make sure that the stains are lifted completely during the rest of the cleaning process.

  • Pre-Spray:

Our technician will then spray a light coating of encapsulating solution. Carpets have both dry contaminants (like dust and pollen) as well as “sticky” ones. While vacuuming can catch the loose, dry dust particles, it usually can’t remove the sticky ones. Our solution adheres to and encapsulates not only the sticky dirt, but also any remaining pre-spray solution, and then dries. This turns sticky dirt into dry dirt, which can then be removed with routine vacuuming. It also removes any traces of our cleaning solutions, leaving your carpet pH-neutral and soft to the touch.

  • Microfiber Cleaning:

After letting the solution dwell for several minutes, we use a rotary machine to gently remove the dirt from the carpet fibers using a microfiber pad. Often steam cleaning or other high-pressure washing systems can force the dirt deeper into the carpet. This may leave the carpet looking good, but also leave behind the dirt they meant to remove. Each of our processes is designed to safely lift and remove particles from your carpet.

  • Microfiber Cleaning, Part 2:                                                                                                                 We then pull the rotary machine back out to absorb and wipe away of the dirt and solutions that have come to the surface. We often go over the same areas of carpet multiple times until all dirt and spray have been removed.

  • Post-Spot Cleaning:

At this point, the technician revisits the stains and trouble spots that were specially treated earlier to make sure that all stains and odors have been removed. If not, they go over them again and remove any last traces.

  • Speed Drying:

We then position high-speed fans around the house to quickly finish the drying process. Unlike typical carpet cleaners, who leave carpets wet for hours and sometimes days (which can lead to mold issues in poorly-ventilated areas), we make sure that your carpet is completely dry before we leave.

  • Post-Inspection:

After the cleaning is complete and the carpets are dry, our technician will go over all of the cleaned areas with you to ensure that your carpet looks and feels brand-new.
